Welcome to our FAQ page about parking at Vienna Airport! Here you will find all the important details and answers to frequently asked questions about parking at our Park & Ride Schwechat parking lot. Our aim is to help you quickly and easily with your parking concerns. Know that we are committed to providing the best parking experience for our customers.
1. How do I book and reserve a parking space?
Enter the desired parking period and we will check for you whether a parking space is available. Please do not leave the parking lot with your vehicle without a valid booking. Unfortunately, we have to report parking offenders. IMPORTANT: Enter the correct license plate number when booking. This will identify you in the parking lot. The operator is entitled to remove the parked vehicle at the customer’s expense and risk if there is no valid booking for the vehicle in the parking lot with the correct vehicle number plate.
2. Can I book the parking lot for 1 hour only?
Yes, but payment and invoicing is always for a complete day.
3. Do I reserve a specific parking space?
No, no specific parking space is allocated. You can choose your own parking space on site. We guarantee that a parking space will be kept free. However, make sure you park in the designated bays. If you park in more than two parking spaces, you will be charged for this.
4. Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and can then park directly and easily. Your license plate number will be recorded by our surveillance cameras at the entrance and exit.
5. I have not received a booking confirmation! Who can help me?
Please also check your spam folder. Otherwise just send us a short e-mail to office(at)tom-parking.at
6. Can I change, rebook or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can change or cancel your previous booking 24 hours before the booked park start time via our website. If you would like to extend your booking, we recommend that you do so as soon as possible, as we are sometimes fully booked and online bookings are no longer possible.
7. What happens to my data?
Your data will only be used to process your reservation request and the parking process. You can find more information about this here: AGB / Datenschutzbestimmungen.
1. How can I pay?
The parking fee can be paid quickly and easily by instant bank transfer, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, etc.
2. Will I receive an invoice?
The booking confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail at the same time as the confirmation. Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation, simply send us a short e-mail to office(at)tom-parking.at
3. When will I be refunded if I cancel or change my booking?
The refund will be credited back to your original payment account within 14 days. It is not possible to specify a different account. If you have not received the refund after 14 days, please contact us at office(at)tom-parking.at.

1. What do I need for entry and exit?
Nothing. Everything has already been taken care of when booking online.
2. How big can the vehicles be?
At TOM Parking you will find a suitable parking space for all current car models, including VW buses, SUVs, etc., to park safely and inexpensively. Our parking spaces are usually 2.60m wide and 5.00m long.
3. Do I have to leave my key?
No, your key stays with you.

2. Can I charge an electric car?
